Good work. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policy are good as well.We don't have to work for a long time

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

The work is quite interesting.We just have to make some daily report on on sheet like Google,excel etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
