Except google free food nothing was good .... they were not even allowing us to eat peacefully.

Horrible work environment... they are treating their employee's like a school students such a worst culture , worst politics literally they(mainly one of the OM ill not her name but she is very rude i never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret...Read More

They provide the little stuff which is really necessary in person life like oven to make the food warm fridges coffee tea and good ambience to work in.

Salary is too much low that is not enough to survive even for the single person and told doing favouritism, we are not able to use our own leave.

The transport department is extremely unorganized and often causes significant inconvenience to employees. Buses are either late or unavailable, and there is a lack of professionalism when addressing concerns. Additionally, the behavior of some staff members in the transport team is unprofessional and dismissive. They show little regard for employee safety or punctuality, which adds unnecessary stress to an already demanding work environment. The management overall fosters a toxic culture, where favoritism and poor communication are rampant. Constructive feedback is often ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unheard. Everything is good about environment and staff however there is major issue about shift rotation, if this would be done in timely manner then there would not be any issue, graveyard shift- this should be converted in complete night, 2 am shift is most dangerous, it actually disturb out health, I was also feeling unhealthy by doing this type of shift.

The managers and supervisors were very friendly. Great place to work if you get a good process. I have heard, not all the processes are great. Some of them really have high incentive. It’s chill to work. People around were very cool in my process. Nobody cares what you do.

Dislikes

Getting too many leaves at a time is tough. But it’s an problem everywhere. Shrinkage matters. Cannot exceed break. There won’t be huge consequences but still. 30 mins for lunch break is too short.
