My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Good work environment and Teammates are supportive and the management is very friendly nature. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good hike every year.

In the initial period of time the work seemed to be quite good and smooth.As and when the days passed the things started to change.The manager their is the main reason for the people to resign their jobs.The Management is not taking any action against him
