Cons - Company hires freshers and present them in front of client as experienced modeling to gain high salary from them. - Salary is very low - Lack of management and system, poor HR support. - No sick leaves and paid leaves. Salary is deducted even if you are sick. - Salary are provided in end of 1st week. - Company tries to find every possible way to deduct salary. - No overtime.

It's Good , I usually have to travel a lot to different states with mostly too busy Schedule but at the end of the day I like it as company don't takes much time to clear you Bill.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
