Salary scale & employee housing complex very the only best things.

Dislikes

Rotten work culture would destroy peace of mind. The management is entirely Turkish and they think Turkish people are just next to God while other nationalities especially Asians are born to serve. The HR Director is highly ignorant and lacks basic human courtesy. If you want to survive in this place, you should either be Turkish oryou should be ruthlessly selfish enough to throw your friend under the bus. Staff attrition is high. No job security and always on the fear of being replaced if you do not agree with HR/GM on any small thing....Read More
