Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary scale & employee housing complex very the only best things.

Dislikes

Rotten work culture would destroy peace of mind. The management is entirely Turkish and they think Turkish people are just next to God while other nationalities especially Asians are born to serve. The HR Director is highly ignorant and lacks basic human courtesy. If you want to survive in this place, you should either be Turkish or you should be ruthlessly selfish enough to throw your friend under the bus. Staff attrition is high. No job security and always on the fear of being replaced if you do not agree with HR/GM on any small thing.
