Nothing is good there with employee, not environment, no work growth. No employee respect.

Dislikes

Worthless working there. No lunch break from company hours.There is no such feeling working in IT Company. Not good environment. Not good behaviour of boss. Wasting of time working there. No good rules for company. Always they make there own rules which impacts badly on employee.

Hectic. Too much pressure along with inflexible and exploiting rules.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
