The company uses Domo- A great visualization tool which is more powerful than Tableau and powerbi. The job is permanent work for the home which is a good thing—an excellent place to grow. Good work culture. The company will grow like anything in near future.

Dislikes

If you get good mentors(buddy) you will grow like anything. Domo Support is a hectic job where you cannot find any solutions to problems nor your mentors and buddy can find any solution.Pay cut in salary is more. No fixed timings.Working in support has no fixed timings, so no work-life balance.

Very good people by nature and try to take care of their employees a lot. And culture of company was great in the beginning and if luck helps it can be a great place to work over a long time.

Dislikes

They will need to pivot and climb up the tech tree, do more complicated work in the field, but upper management does not have knowledge needed to do that. But they are good people and I will try to do right by them.

One of the best companies I have worked with till date. The CEO has a clear vision on of what the company wants to achieve and the teams are aligned towards achieving that. The Management takes feedback seriously and work on them to ensure no dissatisfied employees is left behind. The employee centric culture nurtures best in the employee and its growth.

It's one of the best companies for any Data Analyst. He/she will get immense opportunities to learn, work on varied set of customers BI tools and dashboards. Sky is the limit here. The leadership team is extremely supportive and appreciative of your work. As long as you have hunger to grow and learn, you will get all kinds of opportunities.
