I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only my boss, but also the people I work with. A heartfelt "thanks" goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity.

"Overall I am happy with my company, I appreciate the opportunities I have had to learn more about my role and industry. I'm leaving because I left I didn't have a clear career path/opportunities for my future. I want to work for companies that have career paths and mentorships."

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
