There's a lot of scope for learning the various aspects of the finance industry. The seniors and peers are great, also there's various benefits that you get from the firm.

The sense of responsibility among the mentors, humiliating the employees in the guise of giving scope to learn, non-copeerative team members at times , attitude and response of the employer towards employees' problems both in work life and social life because of work, unnecessary Interfarence of employer in employee's life, unbalance personal growth because of the unnecessary work pressure (which is created even not required actually) at times. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
