There's a lot of scope for learning the various aspects of the finance industry. The seniors and peers are great, also there's various benefits that you get from the firm.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is a little difficult to manage.

The sense of responsibility among the mentors, humiliating the employees in the guise of giving scope to learn, non-copeerative team members at times , attitude and response of the employer towards employees' problems both in work life and social life because of work, unnecessary Interfarence of employer in employee's life, unbalance personal growth because of the unnecessary work pressure (which is created even not required actually) at times. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
