Dislikes

There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good place to learn, but no future securities. No PF, no bonus etc. Comapny policies are like no mobiles are allowed, dress code restriction, bond to sign. Management is Ok but not so good.

Bond to sign and to provide original certificates. Also mobile phones not allowed

This is the one of the best MNC at fasteners in india and I getting excellent knowledge from this company in the production dept. Like wire drawing , pickling , annealing etc. And also very good nature but I want to work in other location like bhopal, delhi , mumbai, nagpur, jaipur etc.

Ya this is nice but in this company you have to learn by your own affords.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
