They will give training and celebrate some festivals. In there training manager and document verification department are behaving goodly and supportive. We can improve our communication.

Dislikes

In there they didn't bothered about employees problems. They are not supportive. In there no leaves and payslips also. They paying the salary in gpay. No pf and anything. Target is there. Based on other companies too different policies. One of my colleague took somedays leave due to some health issues. So they paid to her only halfsalary. They competiting other companies and give work pressure and targets. If we can't achieve the target the will mark that working day is leave. So we left the job. And also they didn't pay 1month salary. We ask to them but they told according to their company policy they can't pay the salary, because of we quit the job. Login time is 9:30 sharp and logout time is 6:30 to 7'O clock. They did not give security for girls. And they behaving like partiality. Team leader also not supporting and doing partiality and sometimes he kidding and mocking. If you give good appointments they encourage you and give target. If you didn't give good appointments they discouraged you every day. If we complaint any problem to manager or hr they not bothered about that....Read More
