Nothing as such during my tenure

Wish there would have been an option to give negative rating. All positive ratings are forceful rating by current employees. First they would tell you its 5 days working and then after joining you would come to know it's a 24*7 job. They will even call you continuously when any of your dear one is fighting for life. They expect you to be available in the office even at the middle of the night. You will be fined and can even get fired if you are not clean shaved on Wednesday. They have fired one of their employee for the same reason. The HR head proudly proclaims she is an atheist and don't even respect others view. They don't want to provide basic facilites to their employees. They keep their washrooms locked. So if you have to use it you will have to take permission from the management. They force their employees to work late. Someone who is leaving at time is a big criminal there. We first see Lord Ganesha every morning to start our day. We have adequate time to learn New technologyes in DEVtrust. If we stuck while coding then at time seniors support us.HR and other staffs also supportive. Office environment is also good here we get 2 days weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Salary always credit on time.

The company has very good management and other staff. Working environment is extremely healthy. Better and new opportunities are available. High job security and salary is on time always.

It's been a great experience to work with DEVtrust. I am enjoying my work and getting opportunities to deal with numbers of project if I have coding problem then my colleagues and seniors support. HR and management are also very supportive.
