From day one COVID-19 struck my state Kerala my company has been of immense support to me and all others here. They never thought of a lay-off. They did not send anyone away. When the pandemic was on a rampant spread and lock-down declared, we were asked to stay at home and work. Those who are from other districts and working with the company were offered food by the company. They gave salary regularly. Everybody is still working here and no one contracted Corona. The work culture in my company is of an easy style in the sense that nothing is strict here. Everybody likes everyone and days are hectic. The usual jokes and lots of laughter always occur. It is a small company which is into advertising as well as TV serial production. The management is more passionate about serials. However advertising is also almost equally important but the business has dwindled quite a lot. It is a proprietary firm.
