The resources to help you learn are really useful. The higher authorities are really helpful and down to earth.

Dislikes

The team leaders do not help solve any problem and yet expect you to complete the project. They do not give appraisal until you bring up the project to the market. They do not give basic leaves, there are only 2 sick leaves for 1 year. The salary is too low to survive in a metropolitan city like Bangalore. You keep working on same thing all the time, so do not get opportunity to explore technically. The work environment is better for men compared to women. The work culture isn't good, since nobody takes up the responsibility to complete the project. Poor management. Moreover there's no on-job training for freshers. Company may close anytime and remove the employees without any notice and financial compensation. There are no incentives for extra work shift if asked. Employers are ill-treated by seniors specially by the manager. The project team mates are not allowed to have conversations with each other even if it is project related.
