Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Teaching is a noble profession you have to teach with a heart. Working in DepEd is excellent, you are secured, you can acquired the benefits you need, salary are good.

I like my present School Principal- Mam Fe W. Bondoc. She manipulates our school very nice. I love how she support the school specially in school machines such as printers etc. She knows what to do with school yearly budgets.

Dislikes

I believe some fellow co-workers need to develop or apply company seminars about the job.

Work Details

Ofcourse everybody looks for a perfect job. But teaching is such a great one. You will learn a lot specially how to apply humbleness to all.
