There is nothing to be like.

Dislikes

Do not join this company. This company always deduct your salary/exp. This is not a systemic company... This is only lala ki dukaan.... No working culture.... Every time harassment by company's president. No support for field employees... Pls think 1000 times before joining this company. Personal life almost nil, president can call you for review even in the midnight. There is no life balance in this company. No benefit provided by the company... No insurance, no training. Every time they believe in harassment of the emoyees....Read More

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
