Likes

They give you full freedom to handle a project and trust your abilities. They work mostly with freelancers but are strict about meeting deadlines. Hence one can have flexible hours to adjust their other schedules.

Dislikes

It's doesn't believe in keeping a full fledged office and believes in hiring employees on a freelance/per project basis. While, that works well with the employees, it takes time to convince the client a little bit of the firm's abilities.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
