professionalism, super timings atleast in my branch, super work-life balance, weekends off, nice work atmosphere

Dislikes

low salaries to contractual employees, equal work. And even after working there for 2-3 years, even after you are ssured your work is liked by them, they can ask you to leave at anytime without giving reason. Poor job security

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
