Likes

For me, I joined there as an intern, then got permanent after 2 months. I had my career change there, and Deepnetsoft Solutions was my learning curve. The Senior employees as well as colleagues were incredible, and helped me over come the differences of the career change. What I am today, yes now and what I'll be one day, the kick start I got is from DNS!

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Like every great companies DNS have its own dislikes, after all from a small startup they reached here. The one thing I disliked about DNS is overtime. but after all its an IT company, we could expect overtime more or less.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
