I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Company culture is very good. Each individual here work as a team with a believe to grow together. Everyone is so respectful towards each other which encompasses positivity and therefore, all can contribute towards the organisational as well as personal career growth.

Work Details

It's going well .The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
