The world culture is toxic and in the product management team, Unley VP has joined who is very bad and he doesn’t even know how to work and he thinks his master of everything and moreover, this is like a service based company and they say like as if it is a product-based company, they don’t know how to work very toxic environment and also tells everyone to work. Totally Fraud company. They don't give notice after resigning from the organization though I served 22 days after the resignation. Then they sent me a mail asking me to return the company's assets and according to them I followed. After returning company assets as requested, they claimed I absconded due to not serving the notice period. They have incorrectly updated my EPFO record with a wrong Date of Exit(DOE). Now HR rejects correcting the DOE and maintains that I absconded despite giving prior email exchange as proof....Read More
