Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Except getting salary in time. There was no other thing that was good about this company

Dislikes

Management was bad Very high level of pressure You can have ton of days as pl/cl but you would get any Tl, manger, owner are snobs who would try level best to screw you or to put blame on you for their f***ups
