I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

doesnt learn from mistakes bad placement and mangament Testing New Policies on us That Affected owr Placement , Rather than focusing and mastring one thin gives us Expoture to many many technologies wich is good for exploring but companyes need any one skill perfectt which is not the case with darshan
