Management. wrong people in management who don't have any clue how be professional, half of the staff do smoke up outside office which absolutely no one cares about. Late night shifts are worst as an female employee. No care for female employee and cannot talk to anyone in management, female manager shaniya and pooja were toxic andthey had no professionalism in them and no one was comfortable at all speaking to them about any problems as they would just make it worse. Work culture is to toxic . Office politics to next level. No value for skilled resources. They take advantage of skilled resources and use them and then play office politics against them which is so wrong as an organisation . Very disappointed .joined this company with lot of positivity and gave 100% to the company and worked along. But senior level management is very toxic and they are to involved in playing politics and unskilled resources and people talking sweet and being in good books are encouraged irrespective of their work and spread of toxicity due them . Not a good experience at all . If you are bold to give back to the management they pressurise and create toxic environment irrespective of the good work you did in past . This is the cheapest company I have seen in my career. A lot of internal politics. Your hard work will not be rewarded if you're not your manager's chamcha, so no point of extraordinary performance. You might hear a lot of good thing about the company before joining but once you spend time here will regret and will be forced to resign.
