1. If you are a parent kindly check educational background of therapists. Inaccurately they add "Dr." titles before their name. Even the founder is not a Doctor. 2. Overburnt and most underpaid job 3. TOXIC work culture, main staff is extremely rude. We always used to compare how villager their language was when addressing important issues. 4. No speech therapists except in dilsukh nagar branch. 5. Saturdays are a nightmare as they cannot see therapists relax. Biggest control freaks who give the most unnecessary tasks to keep us busy. 6. No payslips and salary was not credited on time. Forget experience letter also. 7. Not a single employee will come out of this place feeling satisfied as the main staff will make sure to ridicule you in front of everyone despite putting efforts. 8. Miss Jyothsna might have education but she is extremely terrible with her attitude. Extremely problematic when it comes to acknowledging her "staff". Absolutely would discourage anyone from joining this CDC as employee. 9. Most people walk out of interview feeling offended and shunned as the main staff is unbearably ridiculous. DO NOT JOIN, EVEN IF YOU DO YOU WILL WANT TO LEAVE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. 10. No training, whatsoever, you will feel like giving up on child psychology because of this experience...Read More

Dislikes

False advertising of the therapists educational background. The staff randomly add Dr titles to their employees and fool their clients. Extremely toxic work environment as reported by many of the ex employees. Staff is overworked, almost taking care of more than 6-7 kids per day. They were so unprofessional at the peak of covid. They only had 1 speech therapist that too dilshuk nagar branch yet they falsely introduce other interns/employees as speech therapists....Read More

There is acknowledgement for the work done.No incentives, no value for the efforts you put in! The company has a terrible environment, you aren't paid on time, The company's policy changes every few months. Too much politics.
