Management is excellent and very supportive. HR is the worst in the world. Due to the callous and highly unethical attitude of HR, employees are affected adversely. The company will flourish once the whole HR team is wiped out and replaced by a professional HR team.

Dislikes

HR is the worst in the world. The most unethical and unprofessional HR who are actually destroying the company in many ways. They need to be replaced by professional people.

They did not pay at time we have to wait for more than 2 months for 1 month salary like that going on. And the incentives is very low compared to other companies and they will not pay at time it will take 4 to 5 months
