How much you are not capable to meet expectations of your reporting. you will find over here only. Dirty politics in team. No knowledge sharing, 0 support from reporting, horrible planning, restrictions to share required documents with vendors, due to that vendor faced the losses, unnecessary created pressure & so on. The people who are working since long, they have created their own empire & not ready to accept the change. Whenever you talk about the new process they will push you down....Read More

Sometimes, due to project demands or emergencies, extended work hours are needed, but I agree it is necessary.

Company offers flexible work hours where employees can have option regarding when they start and finish work, offering them more control over their schedules. Talking of other things, especially about the best policies, for women, we have an extended maternity leaves policy to offer new mothers sufficient time off after their child birth. And for a male parent, paternity leaves are granted so they can take care of their family commitments and spend quality time their new born. We have regular health and medical camps or checkups here, in which we have medical assessment, screening, or access to healthcare services. This practice is certainly a lot more beneficial it ensures that employees maintain good health, if thee are any potential health issues that will be identified earlier, and based on it one canproceed with their treatment and recover. This practice is much more effective, as it has helped many to know their illness before its maturity and many have recovered from it....Read More

From what I know, this company is all good for many reason: Experience with diverse projects. Certified facilities for eco-friendliness. Installed air-filtration units in Noida to address air pollution. Recognized as a top employer for tech professionals globally. Operations in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Lucknow, and Patna.

The company has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for several following years, including being recognized as Great Place to Work for Women. So, I am happy and feel privilege to work here.

You get a lot to learn as within the organization we get to make significant use of technology that enhance our work productivity and reduces the time required to complete tasks. Other than this, the organization has also developed tools specifically designed to automate activities related to employees. This helps us in streamlining processes and potentially. completing tasks more efficiently.

Everywhere in this organisation you find manager Chamchas. Sorry to use it but it’s a fact. If your from a MNCs please don’t join it’s an advise from me. Leave policy, work culture and work life balance is very bad. If your manager you have any misunderstandings they will remove in 1 day, no Job security.
