The company has developed tools to automate employee-related tasks. We use tools for efficient internal communication. Quality of work and performance are prioritized. We have a well-organized performance appraisal system where superiors focus on genuine growth and development of each employee, not just promotions or raises. Its a great place to work, I must say.

The company is well-known for bringing in top talent from all over the world in data center and tech fields. I'm lucky to lead a team, where I get to explore new technologies and teach my team about them. My manager and leadership are always there for me. Though I've achieved some goals, there's still a lot more to do. I see a bright future in my career.

Depending on your job and the company's policy, you might have the option to work in a hybrid mode. It's a perk disigned for employee convenience, and a lot of us are making use of it.

Company offers flexible work hours where employees can have option regarding when they start and finish work, offering them more control over their schedules. Talking of other things, especially about the best policies, for women, we have an extended maternity leaves policy to offer new mothers sufficient time off after their child birth. The environment and people here are good. Everyone is focused on their work without unnecessary distractions. There's notable absence of office politics, which I had experienced a lot in my previous job. I highly suggest working here.

There's a strong team spirit here, with effective coordination among teams. Healthy competition is encouraged. The approach towards employees is friendly, which is reflected in the policies as well.
