Senior leaders behave like tyrant with teams, use abusive language. Managers use regional language during formal meetings. Appraisal takes 2-3 months, filthy process, no transparency. Not an inclusive culture

I've been here for almost 2 years, and we have some really passionate and smart people on our team, including our team lead and manager. Their experience and knowledge have been incredibly helpful. Our seniors are always available when we need them and respond quickly. I've always felt comfortable and at ease working here. Its for sure the best place to work.
