Nothing. Worse than the worst!!

Dislikes

One the most unprofessional firm in India. This company existed till now only because of their monopoly in the market and luckily the scenario has been changed. About the employment, no matter you hold the top position in the company, you are supposed to dance according to someone else's tune. Once you decide to quit the job due to all insults, disrespect, work pressure etc , the real game starts. You have to stay months to serve the notice period and they don't pay a single penny salary during that period. So, guys, if have or going to have offer from Ctrls, please do rethink....Read More
