Not good company to work at all lots of politics and only if your surname is R then only you can survive in this company CMD should look after these issue.

Your Manager we not let you work not take decisions and you we will be mentally tortured here. These company is not MNC but a Lala company l, think before you join these company

Dislikes

Senior leaders behave like tyrant with teams, use abusive language. Managers use regional language during formal meetings. Appraisal takes 2-3 months, filthy process, no transparency. Not an inclusive culture

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. Also, you can never ever have your own time because even after having leaves you aren’t allowed to utilise it. You will have to be available 24/7 here....Read More

I am working here since 3+ years now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The company has built a huge reputation and am glad for the opportunities given. I collaborate with clients to deliver quality solutions. Plus, we get many benefits like insurance coverage, open-door policy, flexible paid leaves and more. Overall am happy with my progress and growth.

I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.

I didn’t experience any cons. All seems fine.

If you're passionate about tech and innovation, you will like the work here. There is good exposure to the latest tools and different clients. Also, the leadership is excellent and always appreciates our efforts.

The organization has given me growth, respect, and a fulfilling career, and I appreciate the management for that. They helped me develop leadership skills, which led to my current position. Working on modern tech projects keeps me interested. Leading a motivated team is satisfying and eases my workload. Based on my experience, I advise freshers to work hard and perform well to succeed here.

Pros: There are opportunities for growth for all employees here. If you seize them and perform well, youll be recognized and promoted, leading to career advancement. Theres no need for brown-nosing; values and ethics are highly regarded. Ive never felt out of place.
