The work environment allows for purposeful and effective work. My relationship with management has been fruitful. Theres freedom to implement practical and effective ideas. Relationships with other managers are professional and positive. I see this workplace as a progressive work place.

It feels good to work in such a nice company with great colleagues, supportive seniors; zero office politics. The HR team is also very friendly and organizes special events for us in the office.

Fast-paced. Need to keep learning and advancing skills.

Wonderful environment for career growth. The projects are challenging but help in increasing knowledge and building more skills. Plus, you get to work with lots of talented experienced professionals around.

In this company you will get much more opportunities to develop and enhance your technical skills. This is good company only for freshers and bachelor. Other then this nothing is good in this Company.

No Job Security, high pressure , no word life balance. If you family person then forget you have a family and you need to work 24*7 all day. You can loose your job anytime.

Senior leaders behave like tyrant with teams, use abusive language. Managers use regional language during formal meetings. Appraisal takes 2-3 months, filthy process, no transparency. Not an inclusive culture

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. I am working here since 3+ years now, and so far it’s been a great experience. The company has built a huge reputation and am glad for the opportunities given. I collaborate with clients to deliver quality solutions. Plus, we get many benefits like insurance coverage, open-door policy, flexible paid leaves and more. Overall am happy with my progress and growth.

I like the open and friendly work culture. I joined a few months back and everything from my onboarding to training went smoothly. The seniors are very nice, approachable and guide-like mentors. Till now what I have seen, the work-life balance is also perfect. We even get the flexibility to work from home depending on projects.

I've been here for almost 2 years, and we have some really passionate and smart people on our team, including our team lead and manager. Their experience and knowledge have been incredibly helpful. Our seniors are always available when we need them and respond quickly. I've always felt comfortable and at ease working here. Its for sure the best place to work.
