Linux Administrator

Experience - 4-7 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shifts : Rotational

Joining Time - Immediate - 15/30 Days

Role & responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the Linux platform, including performance tuning and security enhancements.
• Provide technical support by triaging and resolving for tier 2 and tier 3 technical issue and provide root cause analysis
• Manage Linux OS configurations drifts, specifically with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and SUSE.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and Python to streamline system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Linux OS platform.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Knowledge on Other LINUX OS Platforms like, Rocky Linux, Oracle Linux, Debian Linux, Alma Linux.
• Knowledge of JBoss, Apache Tomcat etc.,

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Linux Platform Engineer, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and SUSE are preferred.
• Proficient in Python and Ansible scripting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Linux OS configuration management.
• Experience with RHEL LEAPP upgrades
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification for RHEL8 or equivalent are preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and embrace continuous learning.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Linux, financial services, and cybersecurity.
• Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
