The worst part is though its a big company but the company doesnt have any culture of speaking english inside office, 90% of the employee is local, so they speak in their regional language and if you are a outsider or a north indian then you have a bad luck, people will be back of you till you leave company, and by chance if your salary is high compare to your your team members and you are a north indian then you are gone. Mine luck was even bad, my salary was almost to my manager, and he was always back of me to find my fault always, and it was so bad that my team member use to alert me every time that to be alert, as he is finding reason for you. Horrible HR department.

Working in CtrlS is a hell. They will pay you your expected CTC to attract you. Once you join them, you will not get proper seating also. It is full of favouritism and biasedness. Here, you will be only doing work which is irrelevant to your experience. Either you will be cleaning others kachra work or you will be doing pending works. Also, you can never ever have your own time because even after having leaves you aren’t allowed to utilise it. You will have to be available 24/7 here.

Nice salary and company culture. Safety is given prime importance. Flexible working hours. Less work pressure.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher and you want to go in any specific department, you are not given a choice to go in that department at first and have to serve in any other department for at least 18 months. After that interview will be scheduled for you for job rotation. They have 3 months of notice period.
