This company is a total disaster. They do not provide salary after making the employees work. There is no management, the operation manager is misbehaving, ill mannered.

Behnaz Dugar is the main issue here; she always calculates your every minute of work. Sometimes, you have to skip lunch because of her tight pressure for making meaningless reports. One minute late means your leave/salary deduction, even when working an average of 10 hours. Her basic mathematics calculations are also wrong. She can't accept that she is wrong. You have to admit she is right about everything, like GOD. You have to know everything here, like MIS; she can ask you anything and anytime, even at 11:30 pm. She has some issues with everyone.
