Their work culture, they don't pay on time and the owner, also Vice President is fraud, Samay Vashisht and Rajesh Nair respectively. They don't know how to run operations, even a person with 1 year experience can plan better then them. They keep changing name of their company, they have tons of cases against them in labour court. I have also sued them, they have about 5 lakhs of mine. They don't even pay TDS of employees but the same is deducted every month from their salary.
