The one thing I truly appreciate about working at crosspay is the incredible team of colleagues. Apart from the manager from kochi everyone else supportive, friendly and cooperative which makes all the difference. Honestly the reason I keep coming to work is because of the amazing people I work with. It's like being back in college there is no strict office atmosphere. It's all about building friendships. The office is filled with lighthearted conversations fun games and a sense of care and support that goes beyond just professional interactions. It's easy to bond share moments and even gossip which brings a refreshing break from the usual work routine....Read More

I have been deeply disappointed with my experience at crosspay and there are several reasons why I strongly dislike working here. The company along with management treats employees with little respect often as though they're disposable. The behavior of the manager from the kochi team has been especially frustrating. He act as thoughhe owns the company giving him self preferential treatment,particularly when it comes to things like leave approvals and shift timings. Decisions are often made without any consideration for the teams input and speaking out against him could lead to suspension. It's disheartening to see the constant comparisons made between colleagues without any recognition or appreciation for hard work. The manager seems more intrested in taking credit from management than actually managing the team. When escalation calls come in and customers ask to speak with the manager,he refuses to take them. He also treats the office environment like his personal market using local languages and promoting his family business inside the office. On top of that of you take a sick leave he will demand proof and ask you to send photos which is an invasion of privacy. The company itself is no better. There are no incentives, overtime bonuses or even basic gifts during festivals. It feel like a temporary setup with employees expected to handle everything from plumbing issues to electrical repairs. We even buy our own supplies because the company doesn't take responsibility for that. Even the simple act if wishing employees a happy birthday is neglected. We have to buy our own cakes for celebrations. There is no recognition or promotions and there is zero room for growth....Read More
