Dislikes

The management needs to grow-up and understand that they aren’t running factory here. Retail team consists of professionals who has knowledge in that particular field. Again top managers mostly are their favourites who believe in “yes Sir” culture than having experience in field. Would advice the team not to kill brands that they are handling.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
