Worst ever company, nobody trains u properly and expects u to take complete responsibility within a month. Its a start-up, asked us to be owner rightly so but, people behave as if they are you father. keeps scolding. Neither their own system is good, nor their portals work smoothly.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
