The managing director Venus Patel is absolutely rude, disrespectful and a tyrant. In the office, he used to say that he requires pin drop silence. It was a small cabin and when we used to discuss SEO or other things, he would send across a message on Slack to keep quiet. And later on, he would complain that there is no collaboration in the office. I was the only writer there and they made me write 10,000 words in a day. They considered me a typewriter and they overburdened. If I wasn't able to deliver, they used to threaten me.
