I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. During that period, I exercised freely my ability in sales and marketing. I did the conceptualization of BTL programs and implemented it successfully. Moreover, I did conceptualize the availability programs, from direct distribution to indirect distribution. Furthermore, I created the basic culture of the company.

Dislikes

The company is still having imbalance in terms of benefits to employees. On that time, all my sales subordinates who normally travel doesn't have insurances. Salary and allowances was only 30% versus competitors, wherein fact , we rank nos. 1 among filipino cosmetic companies. Too traditional chinese family business.

It was very exciting since I exhausted my skills to the company. My excitement contributed brand building and sales from 48k PA to 3.6B PA.
