They will select the candidates in Interview & ask them to come & join in our company .Once we enter the company they are saying that there will be training period whereyou need to write the exam daily even you are good scorer on that exam company will eliminate you without any reason. (Note: During the Training period they will notprovide any salary instead of that we need to expanses for everything company will never take any responsibilities for the employee & also you are not supposed to take leave @ any cost even you have severe health issues you need to go for company). Work life balance depends on your position if you got higher position then it will be fine but as medical coder high work pressure, promotions and appraisal, salary hike as per market standards are good, provide skill development programs very often, job security is good.

On top of that, having to work on Saturdays just adds to the frustration. It's like there's no respect for work-life balance here."
