1. Positive and supportive Environment. 2. Supportive colleagues and Team members but encountering unsupportive individuals. 3. Opportunities for Growth and Development. 4. Recognition and Rewards for achievement. 5. The HOD listen's of every one thoughts but the people are not willing to share. I will provide further updates after gaining more experience.

Dislikes

1. The boss should stop to hire their stupid relative people means which are unable to do work or have not good knowledge in the indirect taxation and the people who are not serious in their life. 2. The higher management should stop to discriminate between their team member and colleagues as they have knowledge or not not but, theyshould be treated equally. 3.
