Nothing, management was worse, specifically Samadhan Gaikwad, he don’t have an idea how to behave with employees and got position of Senior manager…… he was tried something bad with ladies employees, he don’t deserve the post of senior manager….. once 1 girl charged POSH as well

Everything, no one has knowledge to run firm or else manage employees and project….. never single client was happy with resources….. they were hiring freshers peoples and pretend to client about resources…. Who has 0 experience they pretend as 5 yrs exp at the front of client. Resources has to face challenges at client workspace…. Even they don’t have enough client as well to place their own employees…. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
