I would have given them minus stars if possible, terrible work culture, lots of politics. Seniors behave like goon with junior. They never understand the family problems of an employee. Terrible HR department.

I worked in 3d animation department, worst management from top to bottom. They will neither let you complete your work properly nor on time..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

They give opportunity to freshers as well.

Dislikes

Everything else. JD says Monday to Friday working while in fact it is 6 days working. Upon resignation they show true colours by not helping you with F&F, relieving letter. Oral promotion is given, but when asked for promotion letter they keep ditching the same. Ask for salary slip and you're on their radar as an ouster.
