I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The quarterly and annual growth is good.. Sometimes you have to work for long hours but that is noted and highlighted. There is no job training and security.. The CEO becomes personal and gives personal comments which is not acceptable. No job security.. They can push you out anytime. No proper documentation is done and in the end you have to stand in the mess created by the company.
