The working culture and the behaviour of the HR MANAGER is so satisfied that I don't feel that I'm working here. It's give me the feeling just like home.

Compensation is so much decent and limuted. Sometimes I have to attend the calls even at the home.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
