This company is full of smokers and drinkers. No learning environment, completely favoritism, no job security. Foolish startup company. They use you 2-3 months then fire you. During interview they did not inform you for late night sitting person they want. If you sit late night and do parties, smoking, drinking then you are very hardworking candidate. If you don't do and don't participate in these activities then your performance is not good. They will fire you. So don't spoil your career here. Terrible company to work. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
